Message from Steve:
Hi, I’m Steve Miller, Republican candidate for the Idaho House of Representatives in Legislative District 24 Seat B. Our new district is comprised of Rural Twin Falls, Gooding and Camas Counties. My family has been in Idaho since 1888 and passed on the Idaho values of hard work, self-reliance, and self-responsibility to each generation. My wife, Cheryl Sandy, is a Hagerman girl with deep roots in Idaho.
Our State and our Nation were built on the values of Faith, Family and Freedom. I believe the greatest danger to these values come from the Biden administration’s federal government. I am committed to exert Idaho’s Sovereignty in defending the Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness of Idahoans against government overreach.
Let me tell you a little about myself. I manage the farm operations of our family farm and ranch growing organic hay and grain. I served on Camas County P&Z, as County Commissioner and in the Idaho House of Representatives for 6 years. I served on JFAC (Joint Finance & Appropriations), Agricultural Affairs, and Resources & Conservation Committees. Our most important challenges are keeping a healthy economy and a providing a solid education for our children that prepares them for life, work, and further education.
I believe experience is important. There is a big difference between my opponent who has “ideas” for legislation and myself who has written and passed legislation. I have proven experience as a conservative Legislator who carefully listens and gets things done.
The May 17 primary will determine who wins our election. No democrat has filed for this race. In the past, primaries have had a notoriously low turn-out, so it is imperative that our Republican friends and neighbors get out and vote “Steve Miller” on May 17.
